Road Conditions Update 3:30 p.m.
ODOT crews across the state are reporting clear but wet roads as they remain on standby, monitoring conditions. Drivers are reminded to use caution as temperatures drop and bridges and overpasses begin to freeze. Drive for the conditions and be aware of the possibility of black ice caused by refreezing. As temperatures begin to drop this evening, crews will be salting and sanding bridges and overpasses, highways and interstates as needed.

During snow and/or ice conditions, motorists are asked to:
•        Check road conditions before getting out on the roads, conditions are constantly changing
•        Stay at least 200 feet behind road-clearing equipment; crews need room to maneuver and can engage plowing or spreading materials without notice.
