Eddie Mae Thompson

Funeral services for Eddie Mae Thompson will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Skyview Baptist Church of Okemah. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Okemah.
Eddie Mae Thompson was born February 24, 1920 in Okemah. She passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 in Okemah at the age of 100.

Eddie Mae was a longtime resident of Okemah and faithful member of the Skyview Baptist Church. On November 4, 1937 in Okemah she married, Norman Howard Thompson; he later preceded her in death on January 6, 1997.

Also preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Sherrie Hartline and three sisters.
Survivors include two grandchildren, Angela Cole of Prague and Chad Rowan of Chandler; four great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Kurt Titsworth, Chad Rowan, Johnathon Stoops, Cliff Nichols, Steve Standley, Charlie Smith and John Hoagland.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home and officiated by Rev. David Hamilton.
