Funeral services for James Edward Nuttle Jr. will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church in Okemah. Interment will follow at the Sands Family Cemetery. Wake services will be Sunday at 6:00 PM also at the Buckeye Baptist Church.
James Edward Nuttle Jr. was born February 20, 1986 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to James Nuttle Sr. and Sandra Sands. He passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Dallas, Texas at the young age of 36.
James graduated from Central Tech with certification in transportation and safety education. He received is CDL and drove various routes on the east coast. In July of 2011, he married his love, Tamara Nuttle and together they raised four beautiful children, Charles, Elijah, Kaiya and Baylor. James was an amazing father and uncle. He was always taking his kids and nieces and nephews to various parks to play. He enjoyed fishing, playing video games with his children and cooking with his wife. He was always telling jokes and teasing, trying to spread laughter around.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Sands; one brother, Matthew Nuttle, grandparents, Lemley and Lena Sands.
Survivors include his father, James Nuttle Sr.; his wife, Tamara Nuttle; four sons, Charles Ingersoll, William Williams, Christian Williams and Elijah Nuttle; three daughters, Jayden Jefferson, Kaiya Ingersoll and Baylor Ingersoll; one sister and one sister, Shannon White.
Pallbearers will be Charles Ingersoll, Knoxsah Camp, Christian Williams, Elijah Nuttle, James Nuttle Sr, AP Daugomah, Kevin Nuttle, Waco Jones and John Sands.
