Judy Lanore “Nana” Worley
Judy Lanore Worley, known by many as “Nana”, was born May 31, 1947 in San Francisco, California to Richard J.R. Belcher and Junie Ellan (Carl) Belcher. She passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 72.
Mrs. Worley was a lifelong resident of the Mason and Okemah area and a graduate of Mason High School. She later received her associate’s degree from Rose State College. She and Fred Worley were married December 27, 1963; he later preceded her in death March 2, 2008. Mrs. Worley worked for many years with the Headstart Program and also as a secretary for Clyde F. Ross and later with David Martin. She was an avid sports fan and truly loved watching her kids and grandkids play ball. She also loved listening to live music and her dog, Sparky. She was also a devoted member of the Castle Baptist Church.
Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Paul; one grandson, Joshua Steven Worley and son in law, Daniel Martin.
Survivors include her son, Steve Worley and wife Lisha of Okemah; daughter, Cara Martin of Okemah; 8 grandchildren, Keven Worley and wife Emily, Miranda Worley and husband James, Dillon Worley, Mariah Worley, Zachery Worley, Nicholos Martin and wife Monika, Devon Todd and Jacob Martin and 9 great-grandchildren, Makayla Worley, Keelie Speir, Kodie Speir, Avery Worley, Kel Dillon Worley, Aramis Garcia, Juliet Garcia, Izabella Garcia and Brayzlee Worley.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Keven Worley, Dillon Worley, Nicholos Martin, James Garcia, Michael Gill, Justin Gill and Darren Barnett.
Honorary bearers include Denny Fox and Max Henry.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home and officiated by Bro. Mark Milligan.
