Doyle Vincent Banks

Funeral services for Doyle Vincent Banks will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Okemah. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery.

Doyle Vincent Banks was born July 3, 1966 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Vincent Ray Banks and Ethel Pearl (Brookshire) Banks. He passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at his home in Okemah at the age of 57.

Doyle married Dana Maire Kelley on March 13, 2015 in Welty, Oklahoma. He worked in dietary with Okemah Public Schools and earlier worked as a welder. He enjoyed fishing, playing games on his tablet, watching rodeos and most of all spending time with his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Leticia Banks.

Survivors include his wife, Dana Banks of the home; one son, Dylan Michael Banks of Bristow; three daughters, Kara Dawn Banks and Wesley Dostal of Olive, Oklahoma, Erica Nicole Abrams and Daniel of Oakhurst, Oklahoma and Abbigail Justine Banks and Ben Frey of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Braxton Cole Banks, Kinsley Harper Abrams and Bryce Carter Frey (and two more on the way); sister in law, Shelia Devine and Don of Okemah; niece, Karlee Devine and Zach and their daughter, Chloe and nephew, Chance Devine and Dara.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma and officiated by Justin Richison and James Bokovoy.
