Michel Warren Stanfill was born May 17, 1962 in McCook, Nebraska to Jerry Stanfill and Beverly (Peixotto) Stanfill Cockman. He passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 in Forsyth, Missouri at the age of 62.
Michael was a 1981 graduate of Okemah High School and later went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in finance from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma. Michael was a resident of Forsyth, Missouri where he truly enjoyed his job for 15 years with Home Depot. He also enjoyed doing yardwork, his dogs and was interested and enjoyed discussing the bible.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Stanfill.
Survivors include his mother, Beverly; two sisters, Cindy Roby and husband Jack and Gina Speir and husband Thompson and longtime friend, D.J. Jones.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home and officiated by Rev. Claude Butler.
