This solicitation is a REBID for the following bid package:

All properly sealed bids must be delivered to Magnum Construction’s office, located at 2501 N Hemlock Ct, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
As described in the Instruction to Bidders, bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name and bid package. A bid security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the bid amount exceeds $50,000.

The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session in the office of the Board of County Commissioners on June 8, 2026, with the following members present: Randy Stubblefield, Vice-Chairman; Mike Yocham, Member; Teresa Harelson, County Clerk. James Yandell, Chairman was absent due to the bridge washout following the major rainstorm.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Vice-Chairman Stubblefield with the flag salute.
Roll call was taken and a quorum declared.
The Board reviewed the minutes from the prior meetings. Motion was made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to approve the minutes of June 1, 2026. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye.
The Board was visited by Ed Jolly and he expressed concerns about the Wind Turbine Companies possibly coming into the county. He is going to propose to the State legislators that protection from the State of Okla is needed for lawsuits file by these companies. He stated common sense and state backing is needed and he wants to empower the people. General discussion with no action taken.
The Board was visited by Maiah O’Rourke and Sarah Moser with TED Renewables representing solar projects. Their project is primarily in Pottawatomie County but also extends into Okfuskee County Dist#1 area. All landowners have signed easement agreements and will be receiving packets soon from the company. They stated they would be in contact with Commissioner Stubblefield and asked about the County’s road agreement. General discussion with no action taken.
Safety/Emergency Management Director George Jones advised the Board he had attended a Boley City Hall meeting after the Rodeo to discuss concerns and plans for next year. He has also been helping with the D#3 bridge washout. General discussion with no action taken.
Acting Sheriff Amber Gaskins advised the Board that she had no updates at this time. General discussion with no action taken.
The Board reviewed check #431104570 from Xerox in the amount of $130.02 for refund on Sheriff’s account. Motion made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to accept the check to be deposited by the Co Treasurer to the Sheriff M&O fund. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye.
The Board reviewed the Officers’ Monthly Reports for May 2026. Motion was made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to approve the Monthly Reports as follows: Assessor $0; Co. Clerk $0; Drug Court $0; Health $0; Sheriff $0. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye.
