The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4 OF NE/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Okfuskee County, State of Oklahoma.
Plaintiffs further allege that Defendants may claim some right, title, estate, lien, or interest in and to said one-fourth (1/4) interest adverse to Plaintiffs and seek a judgment determining that Defendants have no right, title, estate, lien, or interest therein and quieting title to said interest in Plaintiffs.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session in the office of the Board of County Commissioners on June 22, 2026, with the following members present: James Yandell, Chairman; Randy Stubblefield, Vice-Chairman; Mike Yocham, Member; Teresa Harelson, County Clerk.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Yandell with the flag salute.
Roll call was taken and a quorum declared.
The Board reviewed the minutes from the prior meetings. Motion was made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to approve the minutes of June 15, 2026. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
The Board opened and reviewed bids for Bid #7 (6 Mth. Bids) from various vendors. Motion was made by Randy Stubblefield and seconded by Mike Yocham to table the bids until Monday, June 29, 2026 to allow time to review the bid tabulations. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
Safety/Emergency Management Director George Jones was traveling the County documenting storm damage.
Acting Sheriff Amber Gaskins advised the Board that there was nothing new to report, it was business as usual and things were moving right along. General discussion with no action taken.
The Board reviewed check #181662 from City of Laurel v Cintas Settlement Fund in the amount of $251.54. Motion made by Randy Stubblefield and seconded by Mike Yocham to accept the check to be deposited by the Co Treasurer to General Gov M&O Fund. Motion carried. Votes: Stubblefield-Aye: Yocham-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
The Board reviewed the Officers’ Monthly Reports for May 2026. Motion was made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to approve the Monthly Reports as follows: Election Bd $15,827. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
The Board reviewed Transfer of Appropriations from Election Board – $100 from PT fund to M&O fund for cost of disposal after 24-month retention period. Motion made by Randy Stubblefield and seconded by Mike Yocham to approve Transfer. Motion carried. Votes: Stubblefield-Aye; Yocham-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
The Board reviewed a Resolution to Execute the Agreement Establishing the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self-Insured Group. Motion was made by Mike Yocham and seconded by Randy Stubblefield to approve the Resolution. Motion carried. Votes: Yocham-Aye; Stubblefield-Aye; Yandell-Aye.
